It was last year when designer Jure Gavran introduced collectors and lowbrow art aficionados to his Scapegoats line of rotocast vinyl figures. His Immigrant Billy raised some eyebrows and got some laughs, and he’s been slowly trickling out his second Scapegoat – Urban Criminal Billy. This figure stands 8” tall, with 2 points of articulation (one on each shoulder), with accessories included GID Blamee (3” tall) with collar and leash; black handgun; black cloth bandana. It only runs 250 pieces and 75 pieces of them are available at San Diego Comic Con ‘09 Booth (#4837) for $90.00 each.
