London based singer/song writer Livan’s sound is a healthy mixture of punk, pop and glam, and he’s already been compared to Peter Murphy, Billy Idol, The Kaiser Chiefs and Bowie. And he’ll be on tour in the US this fall to promote his new album “Happy Returns.” The title track gives a good taste of the album as a whole — its industrial vibe conjures up Billy Idol circa Generation X.
