This is a limited figure of Celica Mizushiro from Konami’s rhythm video game Beatmania IIDX, it appears to be available only through Konami’s online website. Celica is based on a 1/8 scale and comes with an extra set of arms. She’s going to be released on August 28, 2009 and is retailed for 5,985 yen.
