E Pluribus Venom (Obey) Book On 21st October2008

Shepard Fairey’s Obey campaign has blown up to epic proportions spawning everything from a clothing line to his own record label. It’s incredible to think that it all began with a simple sticker featuring the face of a beloved dead wrestler. His latest book entitled “E Pluribus Venom” features his recent works that were up in the Jonathan Levine Gallery of NYC. This massive book features both the Chelsea and the Dumbo gallery shows beautifully photographed highlighted with the technical details of each piece. When it comes down to it, Fairey’s style and message has remained consistent throughout. The iconic red, black, and tan colors and message of dissent to authority and questioning the government is still a constant and doesn’t look like it’ll be changing any time soon, I don’t know about you guys but I already got myself a copy.
