Neighborhood worked with Porter and with Hamilton on a new watch. Actually we think that Neighborhood was mostly involved in the design of the crocodile leather watch strap in collaboration with Porter and that not much change has been made to the actual Hamilton watch. Catwalk & Couture, the book’s publisher Laurence King Publishing and colette have sought out a series of jewelers to each contribute a special 1 of 1 jewelry piece for an exhibition. A look into London-based designer Daisuke Sakaguchi’s work is presented here as he looks to a massively iconic fashion figure in Karl Lagerfeld to serve as his inspiration for the following bracelet. Some words from Daisuke himself provide a further overview to his piece. The launch party and event will take place on Saturday, March 6th at colette.

To commemorate the much anticipated 2010 Whitney Biennial, Ari Marcopoulus, Tommy Hilfiger and the Whitney Museum itself have got together to release this Tote Bag. Featuring the iconic works of photographer Ari Marcopoulus, the bag will be released at the Whitney and Tommy Hilfiger’s 5th Avenue location for $98 with 50% of the proceeds going directly to the museum.

Depeche Mode and Hublot team up for a worthy cause in the release of a special 12 capsule watch collection based on Hublot’s signature Big Bang. Throughout the 12 watch designs are album artwork featured in landscape form along the 3 and 9 o’clock parts of the watch. Each watch also comes packaged with a deluxe vinyl version of the album featured, a USB key with a digital version of the album, a documentary, original album artwork, a framed gold CD and finally a signed photograph. The watches that will be auctioned off will benefit Teenage Cancer Trust. Bids can be made here.
