Head commissioned Munich based graffiti artists C100 and Purple Haze aka Christian Hundertmark and Clemens Baldermann respectively to hook up a board and True White is the result. Casio has announced their upcoming collaboraiton with Globe. Authentic in its approach, the Globe X G-Shock Ltd Edition package breaks boundaries by incorporating a fitted cap with black on black embroidery, sleek leather mesh bill and custom lining as well as the Destroyer, an 80s retro high-top white sneaker with black and gold detailing to perfectly coordinate with the DW5600GLB-7 watch.
Inventively designed, the G-Shock X Globe collaboration watch pays homage to the very first G-Shock (DW5000C) with its classic square shaped bezel. A crisp white motif accented with gold Globe logos, the watch features a custom engraved back case, Globe matrix dial design and contrasting red Globe logo in the EL backlight. Destined to be a collector’s item, the DW5600GLB-7 has its own black on black metal road case.
The entire collection is available starting in April 2010, at select fashion and skate shops.

Italian fashion house Missoni is known for their playful patterns. They chose this versatile zig-zag pattern from their Fall/Winter 2009-2010 collection to use on their collaboration with Converse. Personally, I like the colors that they used for the pattern for F/W but these colors are decidedly more Spring time appropriate. Angela Missoni, the creative director chose this classic silhouette because “It’s mythical to me; It’s the one that girls and boys of all times have liked to wear and is still the coolest today.”
The Missoni for Converse Chuck Taylors will be available in April at the NY and Beverly Hills Missoni boutiques. Also at Jeffrey and other select boutiques worldwide. $200 Retail

2010 is a big year for Stussy, the Californian born streetwear brand celebrates its 30th year in business. The brand which has been responsible for so may important moments in our cultures history, has sparked so many movements and is emulated still to this day, will celebrate its 30th year with numerous high profile collaborations. I remember back to Stussy’s 25th Anniversary and some of the great products which came out that year, next year is already destined to top that. May will see the release of a limited edition of 500 Ricoh GRDIII Digital Camera’s, each customised and given the Stussy treatment.

Known as one of Britain’s notable contemporary artists, his influence and visibility has extended across many parts of Europe and Tokyo.
