While sneakerhead culture, and streetwear in general have grown up in recent years, most still can’t match the gaudy price and exclusivity in buying Christian Louboutin sneakers. Naturally, things like the DJ AM Memorial Fund Auctions buck this general statement, but even most of those can’t hold a candle to this pair’s $1200 MSRP. Whether they’ll appreciate in value like DJ AM’s kicks remains to be seen, but we’d definitely take caution to avoid having these studded kicks depreciate your pants-wardrobe. Japanese retailer/brand nanamica introduce yet another set of coats for the Winter, this time made in a collaborative effort with well-known American brand Woolrich. Having crafted its own range of outerwear as well as contributions to The North Face Purple Label. This new collection consists of two different versions in a co-lab GORE-TEX Mountain Parka offered in a slim-fit tailored cut with the traditional check pattern lining synonymous with Woolrich. New York-based artist Maya Hayuk has created a small collection of 150 Ray-Ban Wayfarers for the Sunglass Hut as part of a larger cause to support Luxottica’s OneSight charity. Coming in at a price no more than the retail $140 USD for a pair of in-line Wayfarers, the hand-painted selection spans five different colors with a release set for the Sunglass Hut SoHo, New York store on Black Friday, November 27th and a further roll-out on Cyber Monday, November 30th. Each store will get 50 pairs will the remaining allottemnt will be made available on the Sunglass Hut website.
