Santastic and the Tokyo Tribe cartoon franchise forge ahead with another Medicom Toy team-up. This time around, the Real Action Hero collection featuring authentic replications of human characters is seen here with Minato. The figure includes a full-on miniature outfit with raw denim, over-sized jacket, hoodie and boots to go alongside his mic accessory. The figure is slated for a November, 2009 release.

Fabio Capello is the man that has seemingly turned the England National Football Team around as his regimented Italian methods have created a England team that is vastly superior to that of past tenures held by his managerial counterparts. With failure to qualify for World Cup 2010 all but impossible at the going rate, Umbro has signed the manager to an eight year sponsorship deal. A Capello-inspired t-shirt has also come to light featuring an interesting take on the suit-shirt featuring an official Umbro England blazer over a tie and shirt. No word on the availability of this shirt, but we hope they will at least come up with a long sleeves one, at least it will look closer to a suit.

Gibson and the legendary member of classic rock band Led Zepplin’s Jimmy Page have joined voices to create a series of artist-designed guitars from both the United Kingdom and Brazil. With the well-known guitars of Gibson serving as the template, the money from the sale of the guitars will benefit the children of Brazil’s shanty-town favelas. The guitars seen here include Calma, Titi Freak, Will Barras, Daniel Melime, Inkie and Pure Evil. Alongside the ones seen here are other artist-designs (for a total of 12) which are currently being showcased as part of the A Força Da Rua (”Force Of The Streets”) exhibition at The Print Space in East London. The auctioning of the guitars will take place at The Cuckoo Club on April 29th, with the proceeds benefiting the ABC Trust.
